Our mission

We are dedicated to becoming the fulcrum of change across Lebanon through driving evidence-based solutions and actionable strategies that address Lebanon’s economic and social challenges, and to promote its potential prosperity across the world.

Key Focus Areas

We will focus on economic policy, including macroeconomic stability and fiscal reforms, trade policies, and innovation. Social development efforts will target education, healthcare, and social protection. Environmental sustainability will be addressed through sustainable development, renewable energy, and climate change adaptation. We will also work on governance and institutional reform to enhance public institutions, anti-corruption measures, and the legal framework.

Research and Analysis

Our think tank will conduct thorough research on Lebanon’s current economic and social landscape, analyze successful models from other countries, and develop comprehensive policy recommendations. We will publish our findings to inform stakeholders and the public.

Strategic Partnerships

We plan to collaborate with universities, research institutions, and think tanks, both locally and internationally. Engaging with government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and civil society organizations is crucial. We will also establish partnerships with international organizations and development agencies.

Monitoring and Evaluation

We will develop metrics to measure the impact of our proposed policies and initiatives. Regular evaluations will help us assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Our strategies will be adapted based on feedback and emerging challenges.

Outreach and Advocacy

To disseminate our research and promote dialogue, we will organize conferences, workshops, and seminars. Engaging with the media to raise awareness and generate public support is essential. We will advocate for policy adoption and implementation through targeted campaigns and lobbying efforts.

Governance Structure

Our governance structure includes a Board of Directors for strategic oversight, an Executive Team for day-to-day operations, Research Teams for conducting research, and an Advisory Council for expert advice and support.
