Diana Kaissy

Diana Kaissy is an energy governance consultant and specialist currently serving on the Regional Network in Energy for Women in MENA (RENEW MENA) under the MENAGEN program with the World Bank Group since April 2022. She is a board member of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), representing civil society in the MENA, Europe, and North America regions for the 2019–2026 term. Diana also contributes to energy policy development as an advisory board member of the Lebanese Oil and Gas Initiative and has supported youth development through her long-standing role on the board of PACES Lebanon.

A published author and reputable keynote speaker, Kaissy has presented in numerous international energy summits. Her research focuses on energy governance, post-legislative scrutiny, and just energy transition, particularly within the MENA region.
