Jassem Ajaka

Professor Ajaka is a professor and researcher at the Lebanese University, and a lecturer at the Fouad Chehab Command and Staff College. He holds two PhDs, one in nuclear physics and another in economics, a master’s degrees in financial markets & assets management, and another in management.

He worked in Paris as a consultant on financial markets. He was appointed as a government representative to the Lebanese University Council and has extensive experience as an economic advisor to the former Minister of Economy and Trade and to the Central Bank, and as a risk advisor to several financial and banking companies. In the academic world, he has published over fifty articles in peer-reviewed journals, written over 5,000 articles and participated in interviews for numerous newspapers, magazines, and television programmes.
